Just had a bra fitting with Nora in the ladies wear section, excellent service. She fitted me in last minute, put me right at ease and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thankyou so much!

Food hall overpriced & far too small for the size of Inverness now. Need a food hall separate like most other cities have. Staff mostly all nice apart from a very rude member on Women's Clothing Till

Marks & Spencer’s cafe is a nice pleasant cafe to dine at. Offering a hearty breakfast or an energising lunch, or just a simple coffee. I visited their Inverness branch which was nice, albeit perhaps a little chilly today. I would certainly recommend, and I will be back for another visit.

I was stopped by a Marks and Spencers Manager who was following me across the whole shop in inverness eastgate. my friend and i stopped for a bit and saw her speaking to someone else, Once we walked out she followed and said “can u pay for that please” And thw bottle of bpdy mist wasnt e even in the whole store and she saw me walk in with it. She then walked to see the security cameras. Terrible Experience especially for a young soul like me

Super disappointed with my cafe visit. Even with 7 visible members of staff the service was super slow. I asked for a luxury hot chocolate which should come with chocolate cream only to be served a hot chocolate with regular cream. When questioned they said there was no chocolate cream even though we could see them and it's highly unlikely they put empty ones back in the fridge. Server didn't even tell us what to do whilst waiting on our order. Food was tasty though, so pity service let the side down.
